Shipping & Delivery Policy
Supreme Granite & Stones provides dispatch and transport coordination for natural stone slabs throughout Bangalore, Karnataka, and across all major states in India.
1. Dispatch Locations & Coverage
All stone slabs and customized cut works are dispatched directly from our showroom and yard facility located in Jigani Industrial Area, Bangalore. We offer delivery support across all regions in India including Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra, Kerala, and beyond.
2. Factory Pickup (0 INR Shipping)
Customers, contractors, and builders have the option to organize their own logistics. You can schedule a pickup directly from our Jigani yard. There are no shipping or handling fees charged by Supreme Granite & Stones for self-collected orders (0 INR shipping rate). Load assistance is provided at our yard at no additional charge.
3. Dynamic Shipping & Delivery Rates
Due to the heavy weight and volume of natural stone slabs, shipping charges cannot be fixed and are calculated dynamically upon quotation. Rates depend upon:
- Slab Dimensions & Thickness: Affects weight and space required in transit.
- Total Quantity: Determines the type of vehicle needed (mini-trucks, standard trucks, open container trucks, etc.).
- Destination Distance: Distance from our Jigani yard to the delivery address.
- Unloading & Crane Requirements: Standard delivery rates include transportation to the site. Crane or local labor unloading requirements at the site must be arranged by the buyer or specified beforehand for pricing.
4. Logistics & Transport Partners
We work with a network of verified third-party transport operators and commercial freight agencies to negotiate the best possible shipping rates for our customers. Slabs are loaded using wooden crates, A-frames, and protective padding to minimize transit breakage.
5. Estimated Transit Timelines
- Local Deliveries (Bangalore): Usually completed within 1 to 3 business days from order confirmation and slab loading.
- Inter-State Deliveries: Typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on transit check posts and destination state distances.
6. Unloading & Site Readiness
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery site has adequate clearance for transport vehicles and that appropriate unloading facilities (cranes, gantry systems, or unloading labor) are arranged. Heavy stone slabs must be handled by trained personnel to prevent accidents and damage.
