Return & Cancellation Policy
Supreme Granite & Stones supplies premium natural stone products. Because natural stone slabs are unique geological formations and most orders involve custom dimensions, we enforce the following policies.
1. Natural Variation Notice
Every granite, marble, quartzite, or other natural stone slab is unique. Inherent geological features such as veining, colour variations, fissures, pits, and texture patterns are natural characteristics and not defects. We recommend inspecting physical slabs in our Jigani showroom or approving detailed high-resolution images before finalizing your purchase.
2. Return Eligibility & Prior Approval
Standard unprocessed stock items may be considered for return or exchange under strict conditions:
- A written return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns are strictly subject to physical inspection and prior approval by SGS management.
- Materials must be in their original, undamaged, and uninstalled state. All loading, unloading, and transit charges for returns must be covered by the buyer.
3. Custom Orders & Fabricated Materials
Any stone slab that has been custom-cut, sized, edge-profiled, polished, or fabricated specifically for your project dimensions (such as kitchen countertops, pooja room panels, or CNC cut designs) is strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please double-check all measurement diagrams with your installer or architect before cutting begins.
4. Damaged Goods & Claims
Any breakage, cracking, or damage during transit must be reported immediately upon delivery. Once materials are unloaded and accepted at the project destination, Supreme Granite & Stones cannot be held liable for subsequent handling or installation damage.
5. Order Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations of standard slab orders are accepted before dispatch. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment source within 7-10 business days. For customized processing or fabricated cuts, deposits and advance payments are non-refundable once cutting works have commenced.
